MAP — Subconscious Rewiring
Sometimes what’s affecting us goes deeper than what we can think our way through.
It might be anxiety, a fear, a habit, a limiting belief, a difficult memory, a past experience, or a pattern you keep finding yourself in. Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work on. Other times, you just know something keeps getting activated.
MAP works with the subconscious mind to get to the root of what’s creating that response. Rather than simply learning to manage the reaction, we work with the underlying material until the emotional charge around it is neutralized.
The memory or experience doesn’t disappear. What changes is your reaction to it. Something that once triggered fear, anxiety, distress or an automatic response can become something you’re able to think about more passively, without the same charge it once carried.

What does a MAP session actually feel like?
MAP is not hypnosis, and it isn’t talk therapy. You remain fully conscious, aware and in control throughout the entire session.
You also don’t need to tell me the details of what you’re working on. You can share as much or as little as you want. We need enough to identify what we’re working with, but the story itself doesn’t need to be explained, analyzed or retold for us to work with the subconscious response connected to it.
Once we begin, you can simply relax and listen while I guide the process using a series of MAP commands that work with the subconscious mind. There’s nothing you need to figure out or consciously make happen.
As we go, we check the charge around what you came in with and continue working with what comes up. You may notice yourself beginning to feel lighter or more relaxed as that charge shifts.
The memory, experience or situation doesn’t disappear. You still know what happened. The goal is for the charge around it to neutralize, so you can think about it without the same trigger or automatic reaction it carried before.
You don’t have to tell me your story for us to work with it.

What can we work on?
You might already know exactly what you want to work on. Or you might just know there’s something that keeps coming up that you’re ready to feel differently about.
It could be anxiety or a fear. A habit you want to change. An addiction. A difficult memory or past experience that still affects you. A limiting belief, an emotional trigger, a pattern you keep finding yourself in, or something that gets in the way no matter how much you consciously try to move past it.
Sometimes it’s something really specific. A conversation you keep replaying. A situation your body reacts to before you’ve even had time to think. A fear that doesn’t make sense but is still there. Something that happened years ago that you can remember clearly, but wish didn’t still affect you the way it does.
You don’t need to figure out where it came from before we begin.
We can start with what’s showing up now.
